We are running this site to build up a detailed record of marinas, moorings, anchorages and harbours, and the content is provide by you, the user As a consequence, we can't be responsible for the content, as it is physically impossible for us to monitor every single contribution (nor would we want to!) Given this, we are clear that you should refrain from putting anything offensive, defamatory, or unpleasant on the site. You should also take care that the information is as accurate as possible. This is your responsibility. In response, we will act as promptly as is practical to remove anything that misses these goals. The material you provide may be used by ThreePointFix to create and manage additional services in the future, and we retain the right to do that, but rest assured that we aren't trying to abuse your efforts in contributing. We intend to honour this trust completely We will NEVER pass on your details to a third party unless required to do so by law, or where that third party is working on the site on behalf of ThreePointFix and requires the information. Under such circumstances, they will be required to apply the same level of integrity. we share a common frustration at the abuse of e-mail addresses. Whenever ThreePointFix communicates with you via e-mail, it will provide you with the tools to opt out of any such communication. If there is ever a need for communication between members that is outside of the capabilities of the site, then we will act as intermediaries between the users, so that personal data isn't compromised in any way.
